TMI uses an IndySoft Calibration and Asset Management System. This TMI IndySoft software, accessible through the TMI website, allows our customers to gain full visibility of their organization’s calibration program including equipment calibration status, calibration due date, automated recall and calibration certificates. Our customers will have access to the TMI online IndySoft system available online at www.tmicalibration.com.
This customer data is retained in Indysoft for a period of twenty (20) years from date of creation and may be exported to popular spreadsheet software. IndySoft use is included with the TMI Calibration service. TMI maintains records of measurement device calibration and repair history in our software system. These records include, but are not limited to, measuring device characteristics and required calibration data.
Information that can be obtained includes the following:
- Access, print or download calibration certificates which are security protected, yet readily available to authorized users
- Maintain a current inventory of equipment
- Create and download calibration due and overdue reports
- Review instrument calibration & repair service history including actual measurements for individual items as required
- Access status of equipment work-in-progress
- Download an assortment of reports and history files in Excel format for importation into other software programs or standalone use.
- Customer employees will have read only access to this database
- The IndySoft data and records are the property of our customers
